So whos good with <insert graphics editing program name here> ?

I'm trying to make a mock up of a site, but my editing techniques are rather limited. I'm trying to create some tabs with this shape:

with a style like this:

I can provide a PSD and/or layered PNG for both as needed. The tab is just 2 rectangles, one rounded and the other chamfered. The box I think is a rounded rectangle with some glow effects.

Slight edit (A)
I changed the size of the tab, and the border part should only be at the top/side
also: .psd of tab

Here's my (rather shoddy) try:

Just a simple matter of turning the tab image into an alpha mask, then using it on the gradient box. Not too sure about the border though. I guess a lot of things still can't be done in PdN and I don't know too much about Photoshop. Also, the box's border is clipped anyway, so I have no idea what colour it'd be, if you want to be picky :P

EDIT: accidentally saved without alpha channel :dodgy:

Might wanna mess around with the inner glow settings though, so: .psd

All I did was add blending options to the tab.

PSD
Change the canvas size to 34, anchored to the bottom to get the blue stroke to go around the top.
