Does anyone know how to save alerts? If away from my computer I want to be able to review at a later time.

I believe you would want to review alerts so as to know who signed in and when. Do you have Plus! intalled? If yes, then why dont you use the event viewer, it gives you alot of information like who signed in or out, when and even more.
