I downloaded messenger plus - sent text activated product and it just disappeared and isn't on live messenger. Tried redownloading and reinstalling but code I paid £6 for will not work again

You are scammed. Messenger Plus! is free software, you should never need to pay for it. It can be downloaded for free on http://www.msgpluslive.net/download/.
There are scan sites that charge money for Plus! and other software, read Do not pay or send SMS/text messages to download Live Messenger or Messenger Plus! for more information.
