My uncle and family, who lives in LA, California, decided to go for a camping holiday. At the last minute, they decided to stay in a hotel because there were reports of bears nearby.

He got talking to a guy by the pool in the evening, who said he comes from England. The guy had only gone to this hotel at the last minute because the other one was fully booked.

The next day, both of them were sitting by the pool again and they got talking a bit more. The guy from England said he does engineering. My uncle said "so does my brother". Then my uncle asked "where abouts in England from?"..

Well, cut the story short, they talked a bit more and realised that the guy from England was actually my dads workmate .

So my dads workmate took a photo of them both together. When he got back from holiday, he showed it to my dad. At first glance, my dad thought he'd taken a photo with a lookalike of my dad. "Look closer.." he said. Then he realised it was his brother .

True story.

It may sound funny, but I don't meet much of my friends anywhere except sometimes.
