Plus! Options -> Customize! -> Personalized status -> Select status -> Remove?

I removed it from another menu earlier, and that didn't work. Your way, however, does.

What other menu? The only way to remove a predefined personalized status from the list of statusses is like Vilkku described, there is no other way...

Click name > More Statuses > Personalized Status... > Remove

Click name > More Statuses > Personalized Status... > Remove

That's the method for removing an active personal status, rather than for deleting one from the list of availbale statuses :)

I only had one customized status so that makes perfectly sense. Thanks :)
