You should download Messenger 2009 from here and Messenger Plus! Live from here.
WLM is prompting people to upgrade to 2009.
If you still wish to proceed with the old version it can be downloaded here, but I would strongly advise against it

I have 8.5.1302.1018 in different languages on my mirror too.
