[searched through the forum, didn't see anything that matched this problem; if I missed it, I apologize]

My friend and I installed Messenger Plus! on our laptops today.  Mine works perfectly fine.  Hers does not.

Each time she attempts to install Plus!, she goes through the entire installation, and it claims to be completed.  However, when she signs in, Plus! and all of its features are not there - it's acting like regular Windows Live.

Has this happened to anyone else?  And, if so, any tips/recommendations to fix it?

Does she have SweetIM, SmileyCentral, Kiwee, GDI++, ThreatFire, MSNShell or Messenger Discovery installed as these are all known to be incompatible with Messenger Plus! Live and can cause the problems you are describing.

Uninstall the offending program and Plus! functionality will return

Ah, yup, she has Kiwee. She's just uninstalled it and it works now.
