Hey again, im having trouble with my webcam on windows live

when im on webcam to one person, and then i choose to go on again with a different person, the webcam freezes, so for example. if i went on webcam to my friend Nicole, and Adam sent me a request for webcam and i accepted, my webcam would then freeze on Nicole's conversation, but not on adams :/ and also sometimes, i cant send requests to certain people

i dont know whats happening, my webcam is Live! Cam.
