I tried signing out and then signing in again but for whatever reason I can't find my contacts...my display picture and name are at the top of the screen and the what's new and all that is at the bottom but where my contacts is supposed to be is just a blank screen...HELP..WHAT DO I DO?

mine did that,i deleted msn and downloaded it again and it fixed it for me.so try that it may work for you as well.

On install that happened. Don't panic! Just reboot!
