Very frustrating problem.
When Windows Live Messenger is open and I click on a contact to start a conversation or try to open my hotmail or view a website I cannot open/view them unless I minimize Messenger. They basically appear BEHIND Messenger.

Main contact list> Tools> Untick "Always on top".
