Hi all
since updating windows live messenger, I have lost all my contacts and am unable to add new ones, I always get a message that the other user does not have msn, but I know they do.
I have uninstalled the programme and re installed, used other programmes to get rid of it, then installed it again but nothing works.
I have used  the msn help where they tell you to empty the contacts from the folder, and still no good.
Any help would be much appreciated, but in english please as I am not compter literate
