Hi there,
My friend's Windows Live Messenger doesn't play any sound, and also when she clicks on "nudge" the window screen doesn't shake either. She's finding this frustrating because she relies on the messenger noise to alert her that someone has replied to her messages.
I've checked tools - options - sound and all the settings are correct for sound to be played. She does have a sound card on the computer, because there is sound being played on other applications. Just not on her Windows Live Messenger!
Does anyone have any advice please?
