I'm relatively new to IM. I use a lot of other apps at work and don't always notice when a new IM message arrives. Is there a setting (other than "always on top") so im comes to the top when a new IM message arrives?

Hello Patrick,
There is a Messenger Plus! script offering various enhancements to the way you are notified of new incoming messages, as well as other window management settings. You can download Messenger Plus! Enhancer and see if it works for you. Its settings are accessible from the scripts menu in your contact list (those 3 small colored boxes next to the contact search/word wheel).
