You can already use Messenger Plus! Live's Custom Event Notifications to tell you when a contact comes online or goes offline.
You can use the 'Contact Clean Up Wizard" to see if contacts have deleted you
Finally, knowing when a conversation has been opened (with no text sent) isn't possible anymore

The feature cannot be accurate in any program, therefore it is not included in Messenger Plus! Live
