For some reason, on my MSN Messenger.. D: i cant chat to people. every time I try typing to them, I get this message, "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients:" It keeps popping up every time...   I've tried restarting my Computer and Signing on & off of MSN, But it still doesn't work. It just started happening a few minutes ago. A Couple of my friends are also have this Problem

D: anyone else having this problem?
does anyone know how to fix this? );  I was thinking of reinstalling msn, but i'm not so sure whether I should do that or not.

There are reports that the problems seem to be over, but rest assured that it's not a problem on your end
