anyway to match rows only going off one cell from each row, and have them just matched to the identical duplicate value? by that i mean

i want to check for duplicate values in column B, so row 1 & 4, 2 & 5 and 3 & 6 are all matched. result i would like, is all of row 1 & 4 to turn blue, 2 & 5 turn red, 3 & 6 turn green.

google is been no help, and haven't been able to work out a way to do it

Well it is possible using your own rules under Conditional Formatting.
The only way I know how to do it requires an awful lot of work and only works if you have standard values in the B column...
