Hi

I have Windows XP Ultimate Edition (by Johnny) installed.
I have all the needed requirements for Windows Live Messenger 9.
I had to update the new Messenger 9 on my computer. I did all the steps correctly, but when I try to sign in this appears:

(The first window, then I click 'click here' and the second one appears, then I click 'click here' and the third one appears.)

Can you help me solve this problem?

am using VISTA HOME,got the same problem before but was able to fix it by disabling "FIRSTPACKET" on my NVIDIA folder.
click START
ALL PROGRAMS
click NVIDIA CORPORATION
click NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL to expand it
click NETWORKING
on the CONFIGURE FIRSTPACKET SETTINGS put mark on DISABLE FIRSTPACKET save it and log on to WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER.
