Greetings,
I'am actually a windows live messenger user, and have come across a very problematic situation.
It seems that I cannot log onto my MSN account for this reason: "MSN cannot access your contact list", or something along those lines.
How can I fix this problem? I'd appreciate it if someone can assist me.

Hello,
How long has this happend for?
Try restarting your computer and then try to log in again.

As you have said MSN cannot access your contact list, it could mean different things, but we can't be certain without more information. Are you trying to log into MSN (unlikely), MSN Messenger (version 7.0 +) or WLM Messenger (version 8.0 - 2009)?
Have you got a second account that you can try?
Have you tried from another location?
Can you log in with that account to a web-based messenger?
