Hi All
hope you can help me
I have windows xp SP3 but I am having some troubles with IE8 ( the page cannot be seen(therefore I am using Mozilla
suddenly I am not able to access msn for different troubles (starting from error 8002448, then 80072efd and 80048883)
I tried with msn e fix but without success
If I try to solve the issue form the msn page it seems that the problem is linked to
files of the host
ports
any real help would be really appreciated

When it shows up the problems with your Host File & Key Ports, click the "Repair" button and it should try to fix them for you.
WLM uses Internet Explorer's settings to access the internet, so if IE doesn't work, WLM won't work. If the "Repair" function doesn't work, try searching on google for information on the "Host File" to find out what it should contain and to see what yours contains incase there are extra entries that are causing problems.
Does it happen on every computer in the house or just yours?
