My computer was installed older version of WLM before this dec. before been force to update to WLM 2009 (Build 14.0.8089.726). And the Plus! used to record chat historical data, but after the update, nothing had been record since.
WHAT Went Wrong?
My computer also installed Messenger Plus!Live (4.83.0.375) and MSNShell (5.3.9.23)

uninstalling msnshell might help, it's known to cause problems with msgplus.
