As I remember, there is a script to do that, I used it before.
But now I forget the plugin name.
Does anyone remember this script?

Hey, welcome to the forum.
If your contact has Messenger Plus! Live, they can type (!VER), which will tell you the version.

Do you mean get there version without them doing anything?
