Hi
When I upgraded to the new Windows Live Messenger it was working fine, but after a couple of days it kept signing me out every 5 minutes, so I uninstalled & reinstalled it.
This didn't fix anything though because now it wouldn't let me log on, I kept getting
''Sorry, we were unable to sign you in to the .NET Messenger Service at this time. Please try again later. 800400154"
So I re-registered msxml3.dll, but it still showed me that error message.
So I now I have it uninstalled, I've removed everything WLM related that I can see, but everytime I download WLMsetup.exe it says that I already have Windows Live Mail & Messenger installed? 
I've searched and I can't find it anywhere, and I've tried ZapMessenger but it doesn't work, it just says ''this may take a few minutes'' for ages, nothing happens.
I also tried installing it from Softpedia but I still get the error message and it doesn't appear in my Add/Remove Hardware list, as if it hasn't even been installed.
I'm annoyed now. 
Anybody know what's going on?

Try uninstalling the other Windows Live products and remove it from the source, which is in the Program Files folder then re-install it
