hello guys , a long time ago i've been created a good skin for personal use ,i spend a lot of time to do...
(2 year ago aprox) that's a way to i "transforme" or convert a 8.5 skin to 2009 skin? thanks....

Yes, usually the developers update the skin.
There is not a tool or converter program you can use if that's what you want

Maybe if you contact a developer and ask him nicely he/she might do it
