Can someone make this ASAP?
It would be much appreciated...
Make it almost entirely black and put some good pictures of ritchie from DP or Rainbow era(similar to the one I disclosed)

Usually unless there is a high demand for a skin it's usually not made.
You can try it yourself or pay a developer to do it 
Maybe even ask one personally if they publicly advertise the email address or anything for support.
