i've been experiencing issues with msn and, essentially, being unable to use it. each time i sign in, it tells me that a problem has been encountered and that i have to close msn.
this is the error signature, if it's of any significance:
AppName: msnmsgr.exe AppVer: 14.0.8089.726 AppStamp:4a6ce533

fDebug: 0 Offset: 0000d132
does anyone have a clue as to why it's acting up like this? or better yet, a solution to this?
any help would be grandly appreciated!

Do you have any add-ons for Windows Live Messenger installed?

mshtml.dll is located in C:\Windows\System32 and relates to Internet Explorer.
I'd suggest reinstalling or repairing Internet Explorer.
