hi, i am unable to login to my msn, error msg states, Contact list unavailable. please help, thank you. I have the latest version.

i'm back on messenger now, don't know what I did right for I couldn't login from anywhere. I just setup my new Dell Touch and shut off my firewall and viola' it connected. Even though I had my firewall off in old laptops it still wouldn't connect, oh well all is good. Thanks for the reply though.
