None of my contacts show, how do i fix this problem, its happened a few times before, and takes over a day to get them back, is there a way to get them back immediately??? thanks for any help

If you sign into a webmessenger such as eBuddy are they still there?

Yes they do appear on ebuddy, I guess i could chat from there, but is there a way to fix it on msnmessenger or you just have to wait so it auto fixes... thanks for the help

You can clear the contact cache to try to force the server to re-download the contacts.

How long do you stay signed in?  Sometimes it can take a while for contacts to refresh, etc if they've been changed on another computer or if you haven't signed in for a while, etc

I have the same problem! Where can i find the contacts cache?

This has happened to me a few times. I just signed out and in, but it didn't always work.
