Tried to Install Messenger Plus! Live, but the 'Next >' button on the 'License Agreement' Screen is grayed out so I can't continue 
. The License Agreement also appears to be cut off.
Any solutions?

Can you post a screenshot? What is your resolution set to?

My Resolution is 1920x1200.

What operating system are you running? This problem has often been expeirenced with people who are on XP SP2 and is usually solved by upgrading to SP3

Oh wow, haha. It was GDI++ hiding the checkbox. It's working now, thanks! ^_^.
