And what do you mean with "interlocutor"?

Do you mean a chat-buddy?
=> If you are simply searching for people to chat with in English, then this forum isn't the best place to look at. (It isn't a 'dating' forum or something). Especially not if you want to use ICQ, as not many people use that anymore.

Do you mean an official representative of Messenger Plus! or of these forums?
=> If you are searching for the creator(s) of Messenger Plus! because you have an issue, I suggest you first post your issue on these forums (in the appropiate thread or subforum). Chances are high it is an issue which can be answered by us too.

Yes! It is I am. I have ICQ and Skype!! I may read English book, text and so on, but I badly to write. If there is someone who wants to chat in English? I want stady English. :D
