i need help to fix my msn
1 week ago i recovered my pc to factory settings, and all things on pc got deleted and i needed to update my msn, but it wont work.
so i deleted msn...and tryed to install again but this happened... -.-

ERROR: OnCatalogResult 0x80072ee6.
i have tryed to delete windows live messenger folder
and i have tryed ZAPP MESSENGER deletes msn.
can anyone help me ?!?!?!
i'm getting sick of using ebuddy.

Are you trying to install the new beta of WLM 2011 or WLM 2009?

Try downloading the Offline Installer and then running that

The link just suggests using the Offline installer, which I already linked you to above

The problem you are experiencing is with the web installer failing to download the components properly.
The offline installer downloads it all before launching the install, so won't have the same problems.
Just click the link to the offline installer, then save it to your computer and run it
