Up to about 2 weeks ago, I could translate by hitting the F5 key. Now it get no response at all and F8 will not even have anything appear from the chat mate

Those keys don't have anything todo with Messenger Plus!. There are no such hotkeys, not even in Messenger itself.

F5 is the hotkey for Google Translate script, which may explain why this thread is in translation....
GoogleTranslator-1.6 doesn't work !

Ah, in that case...
ketopa39, this subforum is for translations of Messenger Plus! Live or its website only.
It is not for help & support for scripts. For that see the Scripting subforum. More specifically, the thread MeEtc pointed to.
Remember to always search first before making a new thread and give as much details as possible.
