Okay so, I have installed Live messenger on my laptop which has Windows 7 on it and when I go to use it, It is more or less unreadable. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times

Sorry, but as it's a beta there's no support for it.
It would be better for you to report this bug, along with any other you may find, to Microsoft's support.
