I have this question.

I want disable any updates of messenger plus! live with a key in windows registry.

I have a unattended install and I want add this feature directly and don't need to open the preferences menu.

Each 6 months I update all software of my computers. My clients thank for don't show up this windows.

Each preference in menu I think can create a key registry for each function.

to disable auto-update notifications, set a DWORD registry entry named "NotifyAutoUpdate" to 0 at this location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Patchou\Messenger Plus! Live\user@email.com\Preferences

You need to set this key for every Messenger user. To automatically disable updates for all new Messenger accounts,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Patchou\Messenger Plus! Live\DefaultSettings\Preferences
