Hi.
I'm a new skinner and i'm TRYING to make the 'test' skin, but truthfully, I have NO IDEA how to make a new skin directory. :/
can someone help me, PLEASE!!

Create a new folder under C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Skins and call it whatever you want your skin to be called
