Hey, This may have been answered but I still can't fix it. I've tried re downloading MSN & nothing. Just wondering is there going to be Windows Live Messenger 2011 Messenger Plus?. It keeps coming up with this error:
An error occurred while trying to access "Lng_Arabic.ini".
Please make sure both Messenger and Messenger Plus! are closed and try again.
If you keep getting this message, try restarting your computer.
Tried all that xD.

Looks like it's trying to load your language file and it's not there or not accessible.
Reinstall Plus!, and it should work..
