Hi messenger plus,
When clicking on a link in the chatbox:

You shouldn't be visiting that server in your browser (port 80), it is meant to be connected to from a IRC client (port 6667 or 6668 in this case).
The "Infos" tab from the webchat is technical information most people won't have to worry about, click on the "#msgplus" tab and you can chat.
