1. You've provided no detail into how exactly you think this person "froze" your Messenger. If it's frozen, why not exit and restart it?

2. Please do not put "Help me!!!" in the title. It doesn't help tell members visiting the forum what your topic is about and could therefore get overlooked.
3. I would recommend not posting your email address, and others, on public forums. Spam bots will find it and send you junk mail.

There are no Messenger/Microsoft people on this forum. Messenger Plus is not affiliated with Microsoft or MSN. Try http://support.live.com/.

And please do not make cross-posts or multiple threads for the same problem.
Stick to your previous existing thread: MSN messager - Frozen [ Help me !!! ]

Note that the number one rule to avoid stuff like this, is to not publisize your Windows Live Id on public forums;
Your screenshots show your email address and the address from others.
This is asking for trouble.

Either way, do as Menthix suggested and report to Windows Live Solution Center:
http://support.live.com > Windows Live Messenger Abuse

Also, what you showed in your screenshots is not Windows Live Messenger.
If you start Windows Live Messenger you can report the person in question by
clicking on the menu Help > Report Abuse or Actions > Block and report abuse in a conversation window to that person.
