using windows 7 32bit and wle 2011
it was working fine until few weeks ago,
I have notice both contact picture or mine display picture on my msn 15.4 were not animated anymore.(gifs turn into a still picture)
was only the display pictures stop working, emotion picture works fine.
try reinstall wle 2011, nothing happen.
I have also try things in this page

by removing the contact folder, but it doesnt help at all.
any thoughts on this?

After testing, it does appear that animated GIFs are now still images in WLM 2011.
A contact using WLM 2009 could see my display pictured animated, however another contact using WLM 2011 saw it as a still image.
So I'm not sure what's going on there... 
It shows as animated in the display picture choosing window, but still in a conversation window. Weird.
