MSN freezing after logging on - Printable Version

About 15 seconds after logging onto MSN it freezes. I dont have Plus!. Maybe this is something to do with the 'Today' popup (that has all that annoying stuff about justin bieber) that you get every time you log on? Im sure I dont have any viruses and have run many scans. Can someone help out?
