Hi
I have been using MSN 2009 for the past year with no problems. Suddenly I find I cannot sign in on my machine. I can sign in on another machine, so it is not password problems. I have tried re-installing and it says it is already there. I have tried uninstalling via add/remove components and it says 0mb. I have tried uninstalling with zapmessenger which said I needed netframework, I have installed netframework4 and it still won't uninstall. I have tried the run statement RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove - but still no joy, I am using windows XP any suggestions please.

You could try to install WLM2011 as a temporary solution.
Perhaps try to install WLM2011, then remove it and reinstall WLM2009.
If neither works, you could try to remove all entries in the registry manually... but that's not something I'd like to advice you unless you know how to work with it.

Doh, my bad. I forgot about that. I assume you also run anti-malware tools? (Spybot Search&Destroy or Ad-Aware)
And Anti-virus?
Sorry, but I don't have any more suggestions with the info given...
