MyPlus! services will undeniably be down for various reasons, and 99.9% of Plus! users will have no idea when maintenance will occur.
I think we should have a notification system, similar to the Plus! update system, where a pop-up appears when an interruption to online services is expected to occur, which only appears to users that have enabled the offending setting (i.e., MyPlus! online chat loggin).

Should be like MSN Today so that it only shows up on signin
