Is there anyone who can set Hotmail as the default mail program in Windows 7&IE9 and then make mailto: links work correctly? Please help me.

what do you want to do exactly?
when you click on an email link on the internet, you want it to open hotmail directly? or windows mail?

yes Hotmail must be opened in IE9 with the email address added to the To: part
