Hey!
I have this contact that connects then stays online for about 1h and disconnects but immediately reconnects.
I have the events recorder feature.
Example:
Azerty@hotmail.com just signed | 19:50:50
Azerty@hotmail.com logged off | 20:45:20
Azerty@hotmail.com just signed | 20:45:21
Azerty@hotmail.com logged off | 20:53:12
Azerty@hotmail.com just signed | 20:53:12
The time difference is very little so I wanted to know if it can be due to a problem of network shortcuts or if he was playing online/offline to get attention.
I know the question is stupid and not important at all so don't bother answering if you don't have time xD

Any reconnect can take time to go through so it's unlikely to be signing out and back in. It is possible something is quickly switching his status (a script can do this) or that he is doing it himself.
It is also possible the event viewer is not "noticing" him going offline due to a network error his side. When the user reconnects it's only logical to show that the user was offline beforehand so automatically creates an "Online" event to match it with

he doesn't have msn plus so I don't think it could be a script
you might be right about the network lag...
