I'm requesting help to a advanced msn bot
that has these functions:

1 Being able to learn answers.
For example when received message
!learn "hi how are you ?" "Answer"
It will add the line
"hi how are you ?" "Answer"
to an stored file.

2 Being able to know multiple answers.
It stores multiple answers
to the same "question".

3 Being able to value answers.
The answers that is saved is given procent value
upon how many times
it has been said with !learn.

4 Being able to answer incoming messages.
When reachieved message searches stored file for
the exact message been given then respond
if not found in stored file
I do not know the answer to that, you
can say !learn "message" "answer" if you like.
if message IS found then it looks on the answer
if it is the same and if it is
it lays 1 more % to that
answer and response with the highest % valued answer.


5 Being able to auto accept friend invitations.
The meaning says it all.
