If a contact on your (offline)list appears with their full email adress (for example dave12345@hotmail.com) instead of with their nickname (for example "dave"), does that mean that they have deleted you? I have seen the nickname before on the chat, but now all I see the full adress, ofcourse always offline.

No, it usually means you have never seen them online, although sometimes Messenger does "forget" certain contacts names until the next time you see them online

Ok thanks so just another thing, when I dowloaded amsn, on this contact it said "**** is not avaible for instant messages", that surely means you are blocked right?

No, in any messenger client (Windows Live, Pidgin, aMSN), the servers will always just report them as offline, nothing else
