hello team plus!
report came a strange kind of bug that is occurring in recent releases
(starting from version 5.10.0.746 above)
I disable the option "Show the tab bar" in options> contacts. (to disable those annoying ads)
when I restart WLM, it activates the options again!
would that fix.

Try uninstalling Messenger Plus! and disabling the option and then reinstalling Messenger Plus!.
There used to be a bug, long time ago, that prevented all settings from being saved in the registry when the application was closed.

it still fails. uninstalled plus! disable option and restarted WLM, remained disabled.
When I installed plus! he activated automatically.

Yeh, I concur with the OP. This is an irritating bug.
