This is not a bug.

It means that there were logs saved temporary and an attempt was made to upload them to the MsgPlus server, but that the connection to the server couldn't be created for some reason. So, those logs couldn't be uploaded...
Hence, MsgPlus! will ask you if you want to keep these logs or not.

If you choose yes, then the logs will be saved on your computer.
If you choose no, the logs will be removed.
(in either case, they wont be uploaded again though)

Unless you manually do so through the log viewer.

Check if you can access the online log server via the Messenger Plus! website directly:
www.msgplus.net > button 'Login/Register' > menu 'My Acount' > item 'My Logs'

If you can't, it explains why Messenger Plus! can't access the logs (see my previous post).

If you have no trouble accessing your online logs via the website, then make sure there are no leftover log files in the temporary backup folder of your log files:
<your Plus! log directory>\plusTemp
If so, remove that entire folder and all its content.

Note: this folder is hidden by default, so make sure you have enabled 'view hidden and system files' in Windows Explorer.
