The skype one is a waste of time, I've never gotten it to work, it's crashing skype all the time, and If it's not crashing skype, it's not loading itself.

The new MsgPlus is constantly asking for updates etc pop-ups and ads every-ware, even without the sponsor programs. It's changed a lot, from a great program that was used my millions, to a stupid flash like pest.

Can you be more specific? What version of Skype are you using?

Did you ran the previous beta on this computer?

By the way, there is a known bug from the Skype API that causes a crash issue with Skype itself. Skype is aware of it and this not specific to Plus! (you might get that with pretty much every Skype extension that use an active connection with a remote user).

Hopefully Skype will address this soon.

However, the loading issue is a different story. I'm curious on what might be the cause.

The crash has been workarounded by restarting Skype when the user logg out.
The extension should not causes any crash (there is no alteration of Skype).
As Jieff asked, do you use a Skype version below 5?

imho he is trolling :p
