One: Being able to resize the Messenger windows smaller than the regular restrictions.

Two: This seems unlikely since it's a fundamental feature of the program, but ever since the tabbed conversations were implemented, I've always wished that the main contact list window could be a tab as well, even better if it were a compact one just off to the side. Having the whole program operate from one window instead of two would be extraordinarily helpful.
