I downloaded it fine, the other person in the chat also downloaded it. after I shut down my computer and reopened it, i couldn't see what their winks were or what mine was.
what do i do after this:
"Sa Ra sent you a wink!
Download Messenger Plus! for Skype at http://skype.msgplus.net"
i downloaded it again but it would still show me that msg.
please help

I think this should be in the Skype section.
What version of Skype are you using?
